With their finely written blog posts and very professional design, Essayhave.com looks like a company you’d hire to get your papers done. But when you read about them on the Internet, more than half of the feedback will probably sway you from this idea because of common mentions of plagiarism and errors in the papers they produce.
Feedback is very often misleading, so we didn’t want to leave anything up to chance. This was the exact reason why we decided to give EssayHave a go, therefore getting all relevant information students look for when they are considering a service to buy their essays from.
List of Services
The list of services is satisfactory, but far from full. We say this not because of services or paper choice, but because of the lack of a PhD academic level in the ordering form. If you are a PhD student, this is not the place to order or ask for papers for that level.
We of course, perceived this as a sign of one of two things: either they don’t feel comfortable writing such complicated papers or they don’t have writers who are qualified to do so. In each case, it is not very good news, which might be the reason for the numerous amount of bad comments from those of the highest level available, Master’s students.
Pricing, Discounts & Payment Policy
We expected lower rates based on the idea that the writers might not be very experienced or hold the highest level degrees, but we sure did not expect what we found. Essay Have gives out paper for almost nothing, so you can basically order any of the papers you need at an amount of around $10. This amount grows with the level and the deadline, but the difference is insignificant, which keeps the pricing extremely low for such a company.
To top it all off, there is a loyalty program. It is based on how much you’ve spent; not how many pages you’ve ordered. Therefore, if you’ve made orders of a minimum of $500 total, you can get 5% off all orders. If the sum comes up to $1000, the discount is 10%. And, when you reach $2000 or more, you get the highest one of 15%.
At this very moment, there aren’t special offers even though they mention that they often have some. We found some mentions by customers, too, but we guess this doesn’t happen all that often.
Quality was the reason why Essayhave lost its rating with us, but we can’t say this was a big surprise. Feedback prepared us for the paper we received, and prices led to that conclusion too. In other words, the order we made for a term paper with this case, resulted in a delay of a day and a paper that needed more than a revision or a rewrite. The plagiarism exceeded 40% of the paper total and mistakes were all over it, making it not even worthy of a revision, not to mention the money we paid.
Thankfully, the price was low to begin with even without the special offers they mention, and they do offer revisions. But since they missed a deadline and did not deliver on the originality promise, we did not ask for a revision – we asked for a full refund.
The customer support works all the time as EssayHave.com said, but they did not comply with our request. They did offer a revision, but could not even tell us when we’d receive the paper and whether or not it will be fully fixed. This means that if you do want to order, you should leave a significant amount of time for revisions to still have time to submit it before the deadline. And most importantly, order ahead, since they’re missing of the deadline is your missing of the deadline, even if it is for just a day.
When we told the agents about the delay, the plagiarism, and the poor quality, they didn’t deny the lack of quality of their service, but instantly offered a revision. When we asked for a refund, it was quickly denied.
