Despite their many efforts to present the company in a great light, edusson.com has done a big mistake on their website – they listed the sites where customers leave them feedback outside of the website. If you check Trustpilot or Sitejabber, which are actually listed as a source of testimonials on their site, you’ll find many bad comments about their services.
This was definitely not a smart move, but it helps customers see the truth about the company, which is refreshing. Now, which of the comments are real and which are not, and what the company is really like, you can learn in our review below.
List of Services
There aren’t many services you can choose from when you proceed to make an order on Edusson.com, nor there is a full list unless you do this. When you proceed to make an order, you can choose from a list of approximately 15 paper types. Luckily, there’s an option called ‘other’, which would mean that you can contact the support service if your desired paper isn’t in the list.
Pricing, Discounts and Payment Policy
The prices can also be accessed only if you proceed to make an order. This is not said anywhere on the website, but Edusson.com is a bidding company. This means that, when you share your paper details with the company, they send those to bidders who can choose whether or not they want to write your paper.
At the same time, this means that the prices aren’t pre-set and you cannot know how much you’ll pay for the next paper you order. You will choose the bidder and the bid that works best for you, which is both beneficial dna disadvantageous in the same time. It is bad because it takes plenty of time and you can easily make a mistake when choosing a writer. It is good because you can select the budget you’ll spend and you have all the freedom to choose who’ll write your paper.
In this very case, there are plenty of bidders on all papers. We got some very cheap bids on ours, and even thought there aren’t discounts with this method of ordering papers, you can get papers cheap at this service.
However, the quality is debatable. Keep reading to learn about our experience.
There’s a reason why this company has so varied comments from customers. Most of the comments are bad, and we are adding our experience to that same batch.
After spending an hour checking out bidders and their qualifications, as well as attempting to find a reasonable rate that could result in great content, we chose a writer with great experience in the field and averagely set bid.
The results were unexpected and really, really bad. The writer was nothing like he described in the profile, and we don’t believe that he was a native English writer. The paper was of below average quality and came at a rate that wasn’t even among the cheapest bids, which means that you are never safe to order from Edusson.
If we’ve ordered at the lowest bid or did not check the writers beforehand, we’d think that the reason is our poor choice of a writer. But in our case, where everything was carefully checked, we came to the conclusion that the profiles of bidders on Edusson.com aren’t realistic and can often be fake.
The live chat option is great news, especially in a case like ours. Since the quality of the paper we got was extremely bad and we could easily see that the writer scammed us with his fake information, we spoke to the support service about this matter.
Instead of solving the problem, the agent convinced us that all profiles were realistic. The scam was very obvious, but we didn’t even get the revision we demanded, not to mention the refund we asked for.
Edusson.com is a bidding service without a set pricing list, which means that you can get the papers at the rate you prefer. This sounds great, but this company isn’t known for their quality. In fact, they are widely known for fake writers’ profiles, which means that you have no guarantee that your writer will be the one you read about.
