These aren’t services per se. There aren’t actual people offering to perform a service, so we wouldn’t really define the work of this tool as a service.
Even so, they have some enticing offers that you can pay to use. According to the website, Essaybot has access to a huge database that has millions of credible sources. You can use it to search for your essays and come up with reliable data to use.
When you type in the program, you will get writing suggestions for word usage and finishing your sentences. The tool is also said to have a sensitive plagiarism checker that will tell you when you’re plagiarizing content by accident. Then, you can use it to generate APA and MLA references and check your grammar.
This list isn’t at all related to academic services since it’s not really work done by actual people. If you pay for a membership here, you’ll still write your papers, but by using an artificial intelligence tool to detect errors, etc.
Pricing, Discounts, and Payment Policy
You can only use the services we mentioned above if you subscribe and become a member. We thought that this will be a really cheap option seeing how they aren’t really doing any work and you’ll be using an actual automated tool. However, that’s not the case.
You can find many such tools online that require no payment at all and are free to use. Others cost just a couple of bucks. In comparison, Essaybot costs $9.95 every month and their yearly fee to use this tool is $59.40.
With actual companies that sell papers, there are discounts. But, there isn’t such an option here. You can’t really get a loyalty discount from a website that has monthly and yearly membership with unlimited use of the tool.
Quality Evaluation
We’ve read many Essaybot reviews to see if it’s worth paying the cost just to use an automated tool. Most of the students who have used this tool aren’t fully satisfied with the results. In our experience, the tool of Essaybot doesn’t detect all the errors, just the most obvious ones. You can literally find these in your Word document with the simple spell checker.
Moreover, in terms of plagiarism, the tool is fairly limited. It didn’t detect anything, while the most advanced plagiarism checkers pointed out to some copied content we used in our essay. Therefore, this function is also not fully valid.
Finally, there’s the thing they promote the most – their suggestions while you’re writing. We’ve discovered that these aren’t exactly suggestions. They are automated words that come when you write the text, something similar to the Google’s search. Most of them wouldn’t make sense in our essay and weren’t really compatible with the topic.
Customer Support
The only way to contact the people behind the website is an email address. We’ve tried the email to get some general information about how the tool works. No one ever replied to it. It seems that this is someone’s regular income and they don’t really care about who uses it and how happy people are about it.
Essaybot is a bot, not a service. It’s a plain tool that doesn’t have many features and the one it has been very limited. For the cost they charge for it, we expected it to do much more. But, as it turns out, Essay Bot is like any regular, usually free essay writing AI tool you can find on the Web.
